Reset the SMC and test the SD card slot.

see > Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

You need to get an external hard drive for Time Machine backups.

see > Back up your Mac with Time Machine - Apple Support

Your Fusion Drive is split.

see > How to fix a split Fusion Drive - Apple Support

Basically you need to fix the Fusion Drive, Reinstall macOS and then restore from your Time Machine backup.
