Apple IDs and content

Hi I'm trying to consolidate two apple ids together but can't seem to figure out how.

My problem is that my current apple id is set up with a company e-mail and I will soon be leaving that company for another therefore will not have access to it anymore.

I have a personal Apple Id set up and would like to merge both of them. (Photos, apps, games, purchases and all..)

I've looked online for answers but they all say to use family sharing. Family sharing won't help me much since I will be leaving the company that my email is set up with and will not have access to anymore for anything....

Can someone please help? Sorry for my English, I'm French Canadian
