There’s a time delay from when I type to the words being visible on the screen. Sometimes a blue light seems to scan across the screen. Is this a screen fault or a virus?

So. it sounds as though you're having issues with your iPad display when it comes to touch and possible backlighting. There are a couple things you can try before considering having it inspected by a technician.

My iPad keyboard is having a delay from when I type to it getting on the screen.
