Lost mail exchange password

Exchange keeps asking for my password. Not sure why this started. Not sure why it suddenly happened? Please contact me

e to a address that wants a password it won't let me change password I don't know where this this address came from it is a email address and it won't let me forgot password sight with this address which have never seen won't let me change password for it

Apple has nothing to do with your Exchange account, your mail provider Microsoft does, contact them or look at their support site.
