You did not post the full report; but what you did post, appears to show that your internal storage is almost full - you need to create some empty space there for the iOS to function properly. You need to have a minimum of 15 - 20 GB empty space at all times. If you fill it up completely, it will simply stop functioning.

Your RAM (memory) usage is fine as long as it shows green. It is designed to use all of it. I was not talking about RAM; but storage space - that is what you need to watch. Right now, Mac HD is only using 40 GB and you have plenty empty space, so nothing to worry about. You cannot adjust how much RAM (memory) is being used and your screenshot (recomendations) refers to storage space, not RAM.
