sudo /usr/libexec/firmwarecheckers/eficheck/eficheck --integrity-check returns no response and just a new terminal line.

sudo launchctl list | grep com.apple.driver.eficheck same deal. New terminal line and no response

sudo launchctl list does not show eficheck running.
