Missing Movies

Anyway to check what movies I paid for but seem to be missing. One is TT3D and another Apocalypse Now. Appreciate they are old movies but I defo paid for them.

From terms and conditions:

Though it is unlikely, subsequent to your purchase, Content may be removed from the Services (for instance, because the provider removed it) and become unavailable for further download or access from Apple. To ensure your ability to continue enjoying Content, we encourage you to download all purchased Content to a device in your possession and to back it up.


You should indeed treat it like photos and have a copy resident on your device and backed up too. Anything you have downloaded remains on your system. Items that you have not downloaded would be at risk.

Appreciate that but no one on the planet reads small terms of contract. Stick that disclaimer at the top of Apple TV so your customers are aware.


Imagine you bought a hose and found out later we all had to life in wigwams to save the planet but it was in the small print as a get out clause..


After all the reason I stick with Apple is excellent customer service. Can you bring this up with Tim Cook, some movies mean a lot to those that have purchased them.
