iPhone stuck on Home Critical Alerts

My iPhone 15 pro max is stuck on critical alerts how do I remove it

Not happy APPLE just received my new phone and not a hour in, it freezes. Why would that alert do that ?

Please tell me I have the iPhone SE second generation I have to say that popped up on my phone it said whom would like to send you critical alerts and when I try to press don’t allow it didn’t work and I want help it’s taking over my phone

Follow these steps - does work if you HOLD the side button (step 3) for about 10-15 seconds:

1. Quick press and release volume up key
2. Quick press and release vol down key
3. Quick press and HOLD side key until you see the Apple icon, then release side key.

It does restart you phone and get rid of the pop up if you follow these steps - but HOLD the side button (step 3) for about 10-15 seconds:
