Re-actĂvate iphone after erased

My dad accidentally de-activated his iPhone and am trying to help him recover it by re-activating it.

The screen is frozen with “iPhone de-activated, connect to iTunes”, but I don’t own a computer or laptop or iPad. It has a SIM card and replacing it does nothing.

please help me out with this problem

If you don't have a laptop with iTunes close to you, then you'll need to consider bringing your device to an authorised Apple service center for them to help you.
