Transferring Health Data:

Sync Health Data Info through iCloud:

It will sync automatically, if signed in tot the same Apple ID. Use this Link on Both iPhones: Use the Health App on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

Keeping a Record of this:

Create a XML file for backup:

On your iPhone:

1. Go to: Health app.
2. Tap: your account (on the top right corner of your screen)
3. Tap: Export Health Data (bottom of screen)
4. Tap: Export
5. Save it to your device using the Files app: Transfer Files Between iPhone and your Computer - Apple Support
