How reliable is this site? Is it possible to make an used iPhone show up as brand new on this site?

It is not about the site being compromised. My question is if the phone hardware can be manipulated to make the site believe it is a new phone? Example would be using a phone, and then reconfiguring it in a manner that it shows as new on Apple site.

I think apple take great steps in order to keep all their website pages from being comprimised
