MacBook Pro's Touch Bar not always working since upgrade to Monterey, any ideas guys ?

Hi,

Following tip could works on your MacBook Pro.


Head to System Preferences → Keyboard. Under the Touch Bar shows dropdown list, make sure App Controls is selected. Also, check that Show Control Strip is enabled. If your settings are as they should be, it's time to check your macOS version.


If it doesn't help, trying Safe mode boot then normal boot could solve your issue.

If it doesn't help either, check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it's caused by hardware related error.
