Battery drain and restart iOS 15.7

After restoring to iOS 15.7 on my iPhone 6s Plus, battery gets to 50% from full charge, then just reboots.

Battery Health reports is 'Normal peak performance' and 100% maximum capacity

this is from a complete restore from Mac.

Any suggestions?
