how to export my analytics data?

Hi, my iPhone13 pro max shut itself down after update for a week. Never turn on, until I have to force restart it.

I have came to genius bar, it told me that it can only run diagnosis test. I have to see the log by my myself. I have use iphone over 10 years this never happen to me.

Please suggest the app like wireshark for window and how to export the log.
