In-app Purchase not Received. Payment History says it was "free"

I made a payment to buy coins on my iPhone. My bank debited me but my coins weren't delivered. I wanted to request a refund but my purchase history says it was "Free". I can't even message the app's contact support because they are requesting for the invoice but I didn't get any invoice from apple

Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, Apple doesn't have contact support for Nigeria.


I have messaged the app; they keep on telling me that I should provide the invoice but Apple didn't send me any. On my payment history page, it says this transaction is "free" but my bank has debited me
