When will apple fix the HDR issues on the cameras on the iPhones?
It happens a lot when the sky is over exposed.
did you tap on the sky to set that as your exposure point?

iPhones seem to set the focus and set exposure on what you point it at. you can request a feature update here - Product Feedback - Apple
You shouldn’t have to tap on anything. Computational photography, which uses Ai Does everything for you.
