Free 3 months on  Tv with new iPhone 14 pro

I bought a brand new iPhone 14 pro and got a mail to start my 3 months free on  Tv.

When i try to submit it's ask to pay, does it suppose to be free now if i already got 1 year free 2 years ago when i purchased my last iPhone?

The terms and conditions say that users can claim the offer just once, and your wouldn’t be eligible again with a another new purchase.
