Unable to turn on wi-fi on my iMac

Have not been able to turn on wi-if for awhile now. I do not if this started since macOS 13.0. Any suggestions? I have reset the NVRAM

Hmm... macOS 13 Ventura can not be discussed here as per the Apple Support Communities ToU agreement.

I would,

1) reset the iMac's SMC.

2) try activating and testing Wi-Fi in Safe Mode.

If those do not help, I would send Feedback to the bata team. Then either use Ethernet or fall back to macOS 12 Monterey.
