why dont i have app using apple id on my 13 max pro?

why is that not anywhere on my phone and when i do type it in i get vpn?!?!

please help

Turn your VPN off first if you want to use Sign In with Apple

Also, you will need to use your Apple ID to use the App Store and such

Go to settings>your name on top of the list when you're signed in> or to sign in with your Apple ID In top of the list to sign in
