Calendar (Outlook PST)

I've just moved from Windows 7 to MacOS Montery. However, now I can't sync my Outlook calendar (PST) to my Apple devices as Itunes doesn't exist and the Outlook calendar option doesn’t appear in Finder when devices are connected. Is there a solution for this?

How Can I Import Outlook to my Apple Calendar? I use Outlook for my work, and Apple Calendar on iPhone for personal. I would like to see all my work Outlook calendar in my personal Apple, but do NOT want my Apple Calendar visible in my Outlook at work for privacy reasons. I do not want to sync both calendars for this reason. So, how can I send all my calendar appointments to my personal iPhone Calendar in one direction only?

Mac Calendar - how to add Outlook.com account? I use Outlook.com for my email and calendar. On my iPhone, I can have this Outlook account sync with my iPhone Calendar app. But I don't seem to be able to do this on my Macbook Calendar app? Can someone help?

Just wondering if it's possible to create an Outlook email account and somehow upload the PST to this email, share it to myself and download the Outlook app on all devices?
