auto focus not working
My recently-purchased (used) iPhone 12 mini's main (not wide angle) back camera's auto focus is not working: sharp focus is fixed at about 6 inches distance. Can its autofocus function be restored?

We understand your camera is not focusing as expected. We'd be happy to assist you with this.
First, let's make sure we get you all of the info we have about focusing with your camera. You can find that under "Adjust your focus and exposure" in About the Camera features on your iPhone.
If you notice your photos continue to appear out of focus, try the troubleshooting steps provided in If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working.
"Remove case, accessory, or film and test
Try the flashlight in Control Center on your iPhone or Control Center on your iPad. On an iPhone X or later or an iPad, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen.
Tap the Flashlight button

If the flash works only sometimes, open the Camera app and tap the flash button
to choose a different setting.
Contact Apple Support
If the camera or flash still isn't working properly, contact Apple Support to discuss service options.
