How do I activate VO2Max? I followed the directions and it is still not working. What am I doing wrong?

No menu option in 18.2 to enable VoLTE iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 18.2. Sim on Vodafone network. When I take a call, I lose all mobile data, I'd like to have internet access when on a call. From searching, there should be an option to turn it on in settings, however, it is not there: Mobile Data > Voice & Data > no option to turn on VoLTE Does that settings menu dynamically change somehow based on data coming from the carrier? I've got a support ticket open with them, but it's unclear where the issue is - with apple or them. Help appreciated!

Voice &Data option gone on SE 2020 I’m needing to enable VoLTE on my SE (2020 model), but have reached a dead-end. I have to tap “voice and data”, but that option doesn’t show on the page. Family members with the same phones don’t have the problem. Carrier is Straight Talk. They said to replace the SIM card with one made for Verizon, but that hasn’t helped. Thanks for any answers y’all want to share.
