My iPhone 11 don’t show percent with the iOS 16
I can’t find the battery icon on my iPhone 11 and I update it to the latest update iOS 16.2 yet it’s not working

That option isn't currently available on an iPhone 11. See the following from Show the battery percentage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 mini, and iPhone 13 mini don't display battery percentage in the status bar.
