Using a Thunderbolt 27” monitor with an iPad Pro 13” 3rd gen

Hello,

I’m attempting to use my ipad with my monitor via the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter, and each time I plug the adapter/monitor in, the ipad shows this each time and does NOT turn on/enable the Thunderbolt Display.

Is this compatible? If not, how else can I connect my ipad to my Thunderbolt 27” display?

Thanks!

Thunderbolt support currently requires a 2021 iPad Pro with M1 CPU.
