Hi I would like for my Apple Pay history to be erased or deleted because someone is stealing my money on the account so what can I do about it

I would like for my Apple Pay wallet be deleted because I do t know who is using my account and it is really annoying because money have been sent and removed so I would like of something can be handled about this situation of a issue for me what am I supposed to do please let me know because I can’t delete or lock it or make another one
