M1 MacBook Air Has Issues Waking From Sleep

I have a 2020 M1 MacBook Air and every time it goes into sleep mode, it doesn't come back on by just pressing the Touch ID/Power button or touching any keys.

Is there a fix for this? I'm on macOS 12.6 (Monterey) with all updates installed. Don't know what's going on but I don't think this is normal. There are times that I have to press and hold the power button to force-restart things and then there are times that I just pull the power cable out and it comes back on. This isn't part of the routine and it takes away from productivity.

Come on Apple, this issue needs to be checked into and fixed. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has an issue similar to this.
