Blank and White Banners after upgrading to ios 16 in 13 Pro Max.

After upgrading to ios 16 in iphone 13 Pro Max, i cannot see notifications.The screen is just showing white banners.

Please make sure you’ve also updated to your iPhone to iOS 16.0.2, to be sure any fixes have been applied. Update your iPhone or iPad

If you already have, let’s next restart your iPhone, then check notifications again. Is there any change?

To help isolate, here are a couple things to check -

Whether this is happening for all notifications or just ones from specific apps.

2. If you try to enter the app and view the notification, even though blank, does it go anywhere?

Hi AnnieL2,

I did not get the pop up for software patch updates post ios 16 hence did not install 16.0.2.

However I think i was able to fix the issue by changing the “Notification Grouping” for all Applications to “OFF”. I am now receiving the notifications as before 16.

To answer your question- I could not isolate the apps for which the issue was occurring since there was only broad white banners visible as per screenshot. When clicked on then there was no redirection to any application. After un-locking the phone these notifications were not visible from the notification panel drop down.
