After the update to 16.2 (edit: on an iPhone 14 Pro if that matters) I the issue where some notifications show up blank as in the image below. Is this a chronic problem or is it just me?

Mine work fine.
Try looking here:
Settings, >Notifications
Preview = Always?
There is also options for individual apps . Just scroll down your screen
