'More info' not showing data in 'get info

Hi everyone.

Please can someone help. In one of my Mac Pros when I click on 'get info' of a file/folder I get the general information about the file but in the 'more info' section there is no information? Please see the screenshots below.

They are of the exact same file. The file was produced on my Mac which is not showing the 'more info' data in 'get info'.

When I transfer this same file on a USB stick over to my other Mac and click 'get info' the 'more info' data is there!

I actually have 5 Mac pros, but it is only the one that I am having this issue with. All the others are showing the 'More info' data.

I have so far:

Reset PSU.

Reset Pram.

Re-indexed Spotlight.

Checked, verified and repaired all drives in Disk utility normal and safe mode.

Checked that all privileges and preferences are the same on all computers.

Removed 'com.apple.finder.plist' from library and rebooted.

No change at all.

Now a bit stuck, any advise please?

The Mac in question is a Mac Pro 5.1 2x3.06 processor. System is currently running on old Lion 10.7.5. Everything else with the computer and OS is working as it should.

My other Macs are 3.1, 1.1 and another 5.1. Various OS. Lion, El Capitan and High Sierra. On these Macs using all OS the 'More info' is showing the data without issue.
