Ghost screen on iphone Xs

Hi , i am facing ghost screen on my iPhone XS after the latest iOS, update. I have tried every thing I have tried rebooting through recovery mode. I have updated to latest iOS multiple times through recovery mode. I have also done force restart multiple times. I have also reset the device multiple times. Nothing is working. Currently my device is on iOS 16.02 . Any recommendations?
