No iOS update will fix an iPhone which has a non-genuine iPhone battery and/or screen. So check your device's parts and service history:

If the battery was replaced by a qualified technician using a genuine iPhone battery, it should show the Maximum Capacity % here:
Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
To be clearer, this icon is the Settings app:
...Tap it to open Settings app. Then scroll down to Battery and tap it. Then tap Battery Health & Charging and tell us what the Maximum Capacity % is. If its value is only "––", let us know that.
