I can't get the Blood Oxygen app on my Apple Watch series 8.

I can't get the Blood Oxygen app on my Apple Watch series 8. I can see it in the App Store on my iPhone which states that I can only download on my Apple Watch. But it won't let me download through iPhone or Apple Watch. Any help on this?

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 9

Apple watch SE doesn't have the Blood Oxygen feature.
