I am trying to upgrade my Paramount subscription to no commercials.

I am trying to upgrade my Paramount Plus subscription to NO commercials. When I go to the Apple website, I am told to access my account on the original fire/app that I used years ago…I no longer have that device. How can I upgrade my account?

Only if your subscription was started on an Apple device in a non-browser app, then you can make changes to the subscription plan through Apple.

If your subscription is administrated by Paramount+ themselves, then try accessing your account information through their site. How do I upgrade to Commercial Free - Paramount+ Help Center
