Phone bugging
My phone keeps turning off after 10 mins and goes to 0% but charging and turns back on and it’s only started happening today

Oh at this point you likely need to pay to have the battery replaced if it’s been that long. Have Apple inspect it and they will let you know your options. But…if you had the battery replaced somewhere on this one as that message seems to indicate since it can’t verify a genuine Apple battery….Apple may decline to touch it.
Looks like you had your battery replaced but it wasn’t by Apple or an authorized retailer. Is that what happened? If so, you don’t have a genuine Apple battery and that may be what your issue is.
They as in Apple (an actual Apple store and not just a shop that happens to sell some Apple products)? If an Apple store gave you this phone as a replacement you should take it to them to show what’s going on. How long ago did you get this one?
The thing is before this I had my other iPhone XR and to got that battery changed in a phone shop but that froze so I had to go and do a phone swap in the apple shop and they gave me this one so I’m not to sure
