After my iPhone 6 updated 16.0.2 Siri no longer works. She will flash on and flash off quickly. All the green icons are on for Listen Siri; etc., and still nothing. I have rebooted my internet; wifi; phone and still nothing. How can I get Siri to work?

We realize that you meant your iPhone SE, as an iPhone 6 can not get iOS 16.
You've done a great job of troubleshooting this Siri issue. At this point, we'd advise to contact Apple Support, so they can look into what's happening.
Mention if the issue happens with "Hey Siri", and/or if you use the Home button to summon Siri.
