Horrible crackling/ popping on Logic Pro input monitoring after about 30 mins on New M2 MBP

I have a question regarding Logic Pro and live output in real time… so my church uses logic pro out of our Behringer X32 board into our switcher for live audio on our stream and we have had an issue with the CPU overloading (I assume, never saw cores get maxed out or an error message, and most of the 8 stayed below 25% usage) with too low of a buffer size (64, I thought our brand new m2 mbp could handle it), (32 Channels and a few aux groups for effects in logic, just a few stock plugins on each channel, such as stock EQ and compressors). I raised the buffer to 256 today, and still had random spots throughout the service where a light static would start up, and pastors mic would echo a little bit. After some time, it would fix itself. Are you using all of your available cores, multi threading? Buffer size? What do you think could be causing this? I have included a link to the problematic section of the stream so that you can hear the artifacts being produced by Logic. Have isolated the issue to logic, and this DOES NOT seem to show up in logic RECORDINGS of practice/ the service, just during live output. Thanks everyone. https://youtu.be/PQkY72h0MWs?t=1389
