I already accepted family share.. but still couldn’t access Apple Music..

That's great to hear that you have enabled Family Sharing on your iPhone. There might be one more step to get this working for you.

For you to be able to use Apple Music that is shared with Family Sharing, the family organizer must subscribe to an Apple Music Family Plan: Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
