MacBook battery health rapidly decreasing

I have an issue with my MacBook's battery. Recently, I notice that My battery health decreased from 100% to 99%. And now 98% in two days. My battery cycle is 13 And I bought this MacBook around 2 months before. Is it okay? Or What happened with my laptop?

Note: I have charged 20% to 80% always.

Could someone explain this matter?

The rate of change is not linear. It's not even in the same direction, so any attempt at extrapolation will be flawed.

There is no need to do that. Charge your Mac when it is convenient to do so. Read Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple.
