Why is my phone still ringing on do not disturb? Focus is on and its not sending calls to voicemail as it should

The default setting is to accept calls from Favorites - check that this is true for the calls that get through.
You can turn that off in DND or you could set up a personal Focus for complete isolation but leave the DND + Favorites there for family emergencies at night maybe.
