Hi, I'm a new user of the Macbook. My screen is full of smudges after I got a battery n top case replacement 2 weeks ago at an authorized service center. Is this normal? I try clean it with a microfiber cloth with some water on it but it's still there.
Take the laptop back to Apple to see if they will help you. Ideally you should have taken it back right away because now Apple will assume something happened in the intervening two weeks.

There is no way know if this is normal...
Clean your screen again if that is the issue.

maybe I'm a bit nitpicking here, but I think there's a method to not directly touch the screen like wearing a glove, or maybe they can clean the screen after the procedure is done. oh, there's a micro scratch/swirl mark on the screen and on the apple logo (for context, I just got a screen replacement, and a week after that, I came again for battery replacement, in this period, I look after my screen and the cover)

Ah, I see, actually, there's no apple store in my country. it's a third-party authorized service center.
Based on your statement, I guess it's too late now, but I'm still contacting them, hope there's some solution.
