The “com.apple.VoiceMemos” shows on my iPhone XS takes up 8.4 TB space which I don't have

I have an iPhone xs with 256 GB capacity and only have 129.6 GB available. My iPhone storage has been managed and media and applications have been deleted. Offloaded, deleted, downloaded, and did everything I could to the app and recordings. However, "com.apple.VoiceMemos" still occupies a lot of space, and I have no idea what to do. Please help!
