Dark blue screen

I accidentally dropped my MacBook and now when I turn it on the screen is dark blue with a bunch of colorful lines. I’m still able to charge it, the backlight still works and the rest of the keyboard works. It’s just that the screen is still dark blue even when I do a hard reset with the chime noise coming on.
