Macbook Purple screen

I opened my MacBook and the screen is dark purple and I cannot seem to get it to open? any suggestions would be helpful. I thought first up it was just not charging however I can hear it when I plug in the charger and when I look from an angle can see the purple colour.

Screen and charger I opend the macbook last night and this is what i got...Pink, purple, green, yellow vertical and horizontal stripes on the screen, some wide and some narrow, and sometimes changes colour. The charger doesn't get warm at entry port since this happened and it doesn't sound like it switches off properly, any ideas where to begin?

Dark blue screen I accidentally dropped my MacBook and now when I turn it on the screen is dark blue with a bunch of colorful lines. I’m still able to charge it, the backlight still works and the rest of the keyboard works. It’s just that the screen is still dark blue even when I do a hard reset with the chime noise coming on.

Does it work when you plug it in to a monitor or a TV? If you hold the Power Button do you hear the MacOS boot noise?
