Screen and charger

I opend the macbook last night and this is what i got...Pink, purple, green, yellow vertical and horizontal stripes on the screen, some wide and some narrow, and sometimes changes colour.

The charger doesn't get warm at entry port since this happened and it doesn't sound like it switches off properly, any ideas where to begin?
