Can iPhone get botnet?

I got an SMS from DOT saying that I had a botnet on my phone, asking me to download the app to remove it. I deleted the message right away. My question is, is it possible for iOS to get botnet? My phone was new, I don't think it's been jailbroken, and all the essentials and apps are up to date

Where can I find the malware on my iphone? My firewall shows me that I am sending messages to on.syndetimmit.shop and enfurte.com but I don't know where it comes from. I have restarted my phone and deleted all the browsers on my iphone and I have only apps from the official app Store. But still the messages are being send. How can I find out which app is sending these messages?

I don't know who DOT is but no you do not have a botnet and that is a scam. You also don't have a virus or malware.
