Erasing/resetting iPhone

I reset my iPhone for security reasons; upon manual setup I chose to use my cellular data but after setup I turned wifi on & it did not ask me for my Wi-Fi password. Is this normal?

The password is stored in iCloud Keychain. See: Set up iCloud Keychain - Apple Support
