Not now. Since you deleted the thread prior to updating the only way you can get it back is if it is in your backup. You need to restore your iPhone from that backup. You will lose any data added since the date/time of that backup.

Thank you. My phone was backed up last night, so maybe I’ll just lose this morning’s text. Not quite sure how to back up my phone texts from the cloud though 🤔

I mean, will it restore it back to my phone?

Are you running iOS 16? Was the conversation deleted while running iOS 16?
