Downloading from App Store i phone

I keep trying to dl w Face ID like always n side click but it keeps asking for accessibility to be on and I don’t want it on. The switch button is all greyed out and will not slide on.? How am I not hacked?

Are you not able to double click the right SIDE BUTTON of your iPhone to authenticate with Face ID? Which error message, exactly, do you see on your screen when you physically click the SIDE BUTTON of your iPhone?

Yes thank u it took me like 2 hours but I finally worked it out and I know it wasn’t me being crazy because the so called apple genius couldn’t figure it out even screen sharing with me but eventually I got it it was some weird thing w the accessibility shortcuts… but thank u I appreciate I taking the time I’m sure I’ll need more help soon
