This Seems to be a Faulty Device:

Return or Replace:

If the port is loose, then it is clearly none other than a hardware daily, being a faulty device. So, return it, or request a replacement. You have 14 days to return it. It comes with a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty. So, if it has been more than 14 days, the limited-warranty may apply. All is Apple's call. So, stop fiddling with this, and get this serviced.

  • NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, calls are taking a bit linger to get through. And, that makes sense, because many are at home working out-of-the-house or are taking classes over-the-web, this they have more time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, it might take a bit to get through to Apple Support. But, just stay on the line, and someone will be with you.
