defective iphone takes more than 14 days to repair... yet apple would not offer replacement, loaner, nor trade-in

I wonder if this has happened to anyone who's outside of the united states:

My iphone 13 mini's got cellular issues where the phone simply doesn't get any cell services at all. All the other functions on the phone seem to work fine. The cell status bar was constantly searching for signal, however, it could never find any services. When the sim card was put in another phone, it almost instantly got cell service. Sim card was replaced, and tried many other methods, reboot, reset, restore, and none worked. The phone is still under warranty. Through numerous phone calls with apple support and taken it back to apple store, apple told me that it has to be sent in for repair and it's going to take up to 14 business days. I had to purchased another iphone because this one has to be gone for repair for such a long time, and yet apple never once offered any compensation, trade-in options, loaner phones, nor replacement. I wonder if it's normal and if anyone has experienced similar situation where you have go through a lengthy period of time without your phone because of repair?

This just doesn't seem reasonable in today's day and age. The issue has been going on for more than a month and now that the phone is sent back to apple. Then I was informed that the phone will be gone for up to 14 business days. which means had i not purchased another iphone, I would be out of a phone for more than 1.5 months at least. Anyone has their phone gone for repair or out of service for this long?

Did you purchase this iPhone, from Apple, in the country that you are trying to get it repaired in? If so, Apple does not offer an international warranty for their iPhones. That would mean you would need to travel back to the country you bought it in, to get it repaired. Apple also does not allow for international shipping to/from their repair facility.
